SpecialTeam Medical has 6 certified Class 1,000 clean room suites totaling 2,000 square feet. By segregating these suites into there own assembly areas, we are able to perform a wide variety of processes suited to specific client(s) requirements.
										All assembly and packaging is performed by a staff that has extensive training and experience processing disposable medical devices within a clean room environment. All assembly processes are driven by documentation that are product/client specific and all processes are approved.by the client prior to the first production start up. Any changes to the assembly or packaging processes are pre-approved by the client.
									We offer a variety of packaging and assembly capabilities ranging from: Sealing Impulse Heat Sealing Rotary Band Sealing Thermoform Tray Sealing Tyvek breather bags, chevron peel pouches, PETG, PVC trays, tyvek, paper, foil and film lidding.
